Today we celebrated all of our Veterans. We held a Raising of the Flag ceremony and awarded all of our Veterans with certificates of appreciation. We are so thankful for their service to our country!

Today our Oakhaven residents made their thankfulness trees! Continued thanks keeps are attitudes positive.
Last Friday, we took our Oakhaven residents on a joyride. We stopped by Cinnabon and enjoyed some tasty treats and views of Lake Murray along the way!

Last Friday, we took a haunted bus tour of downtown Columbia. We drove past some of Columbia’s most haunted places and enjoyed historical stories about them!
Saturday was the annual Walk to End Alzheimer’s. It was a beautiful day to walk and represent our community and our residents.

We love a friendly competition here at Oakleaf. All of our departments recently decorated pumpkins for our pumpkin contest. Our residents were the judges and picked their favorite. The nursing department came in first place with their Wizard of Oz display!
